Objectifs de la formation:
1. Effectuer une lecture approfondis sur la fiche de poste et les fonctions d’un gestionnaire de parc.
2. Maitriser les variables de gestion de parc: Technique, Financier et Humain
3. Maitriser les centres de coûts liés à l’exploitation des véhicules: Carburant, Entretient/Réparation, Pneumatique
4. Mieux communiquer avec les collaborateurs et gérer les conflits
5. Utilisation des meilleures outils opérationnels: Check-list, rituels de control, compte rendu…
6.Elaborer et suivre les indicateurs un tableau de Bord Transport / Gestion de Parc

La gestion de flottes automobiles ou Car Fleet Management, c'est tout simplement le fait de gérer son parc de véhicules entreprise. Cela signifie s'occuper des véhicules, des entretiens, des locations, de la fiscalité, du choix des véhicules, etc.
Le coût d'une opération de transport est égal à la somme des trois produits suivants :
-terme kilométrique CK x nombre total de kilomètres parcourus pour l'opération de transport (parcours en charge, kilométrage d’approche et de retour à vide à l’entreprise)
-terme horaire CC x nombre d’heures de service nécessitées par l’opération (conduite + autres temps)
-terme journalier CJ x le nombre de jours d'utilisation du véhicule pour l'opération de transport (temps de parcours à vide inclus)
